Hannah’s level of support and guidance during my time working with her has been amazing. She helped kick start my journey of taking care of myself and it has really changed my whole outlook on my health and wellness. It's been really great training with Hannah- she’s the best! I appreciate that she's always mindful of how I'm feeling each session and what state my body is in. I've had minor past injuries and we've worked on strengthening the parts of my body that need a bit more attention while reducing risk of future injuries.
My strength and stamina have improved so much since training with Hannah. I'm more capable of handling my day-to-day physical tasks and during my weekly active sports. Her workouts always leave me feeling better and stronger!
